Situation

 Unable to search users in Global Address List on device.

Resolution

Resolution
  1. Login to webadmin of datasync as admin user.
  2. Select mobility connector | Connector Settings.
  3. Change the Address Book User name to Valid Groupwise user.
  4. Restart datasync by typing command "rcdatasync restart ".
  5. Access Global Address List from Device.
