Personal Address book does not sync to Device

Personal Address does not sync to the device
Personal Address is marked to be synced to the device


This normally happens if there is any duplicate or corrupt entry in the Address book.

  1. Login to GroupWise client with the problematic user.
  2. Launch Address Book and export the problematic address.
  3. Create a new address book.
  4. Import the address book that was exported in step 2 in newly created address book. If prompted do not select duplicate address.
  5. Login to GroupWise DataSync admin page ie https://datasync_ip:8120 
  6. Edit GroupWise Connector configuration, Click on Users tab, Click edit button on user  and select the newly created address book.
