"zman baa" allows circular dependencies to be created

It is possible, using the command "zman baa " ("zman bundle-add-actions ") to add an "Install Bundle " action for a bundle to the same bundle (e.g., add "Install Bundle xyz " to bundle xyz ). This creates a circular dependency, and deploying such a bundle will result in a stack overflow.

 

If using ZCC to add actions, this circular dependency is prevented.
