Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
Software Usage Reports report usage per DAU (Dynamic Administrative Users) user in addition to regular users. Since DAUs are named with random numbers, this adds up to a lot of individual users.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see KB 7006995 "ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
