User not found while adding to connector

Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer Connector for GroupWise
Novell Data Synchronizer Connector for Mobility

Situation

Unable to search users to add users to the groupwise and mobility connectors,
 

Resolution

1. Login to Web admin as the administrator.
2. Click on Manage Global Settings.
3. Under LDAP Base User DNs.
4. Specify the top most context or the missing context.
5. Add the same context on the LDAP Base Group DNs.
6. Save the LDAP settings.
7. Restart the Connectors.
