/var/lib/datasync keeps on increasing in size

Constant increase in size of /var/lib/datasync/syncengine/attachments directory

/var/lib/datasync directory keeps on increasing

Prior to Mobility Pack 1.1.1, /var/lib/datasync/mobility/attachments got cleaned up by the Maintenance but the data in the /var/lib/datasync/syncengine/attachments did not get cleaned up till the user deleted the mail with the associated attachment from the GroupWise Client.

 

However, this has been changed with Mobility Pack 1.1.1 or later. With Mobility Pack 1.1.1 or later, any new email (sent with Mobility Pack 1.1.1 Build 343 or later) with attachments will get expired from /var/lib/datasync/mobility/attachments directory and will get cleaned up from the /var/lib/datasync/syncengine/attachments directory too. However, it will not clean up old orphaned attachments in /var/lib/datasync/syncengine/attachments directory
