Multiple accounts set up in GroupWise Client in Accounts | Account Options
Situation
Invalid Authentication error "Error [AUTH] : Invalid login and password. Service failed. Check status log" when trying to access Multiple Accounts from GroupWise Client
Unable to login to POP/IMAP account from GroupWise Client
Resolution
- Login to GroupWise Client.
- Click Accounts | Account Options. Select the Account in question and click Properties | General.
- Fill in the Reply address: field.
- Click the Server tab and fill in the Login name: and the Password: field for POP3. If required, fill in the information also for SMTP.
- Provide proper information for SMTP as fully qualified name under "Outgoing mail for SMTP".
- Relogin to GroupWise Client.
