ZCM 10 Agent Status Unknown due to an error

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3

Situation

Documentation states:
 
'2.1 Viewing the Agent's Status
 
Device State     The device's state: managed, unmanaged, retired, or unknown. Unknown displays only if there is an error.'
 
Unable to determine the cause of the error resulting in the 'Unknown ' Agent Status for the first Primary server in the Zone.
 
No other Agent Status in the Zone has the 'Unknown ' status.
 

Resolution

Additional DNS Name at Device Level caused the error.  After removing the additional DNS Name at the device level the Agent Status is normal (green).
