Unable to Compose mail when HTML option is selected.

Situation

Unable to type anything in the body of the mail in GroupWise Client
Unable to type anything in HTML mode
Unable to compose a mail in HTML mode
Unable to see the cursor while composing a mail in HTML mode

Resolution

Set the Internet Explorer as the default Web Browser.

Please follow the steps listed below:
  1. Launch Internet Explorer and click Tools | Internet Options and switch to the Programs tab.
  2. Select the Sub Heading Default Web Browser and Click the button Make Default.
  3. Close the GroupWise Client and launch it again.
