iPrint print manager will not load

Situation

Print manager will not load

iManager shows every printer agent with status "stopped"
PSMStatus page shows every printer agent as "not bound"
Server console shows iPrint manager attempt to load, then immediately unload
Console shows error: iPrint Manager was not able to execute Gateway module /opt/novell/iprint/bin/iprint gw for Printer Agent [pa name]
Users can't print

Resolution

Add the user"iprint" as a member of the group "iprintgrp"

"iPrint" had been moved to another LUM group. The problem appeared several days later when the print manager was restarted.
