Situation

Following Error is reported as soon as we click on RMS Drivers Tab in Manage Broker :-

Resolution

Apply iprntnw65sp8d patch. Instructions on how to install this patch can be found in the readme file of the patch.
 
The patch includes the following NetWare iPrint NLMs:
IPPSRVR.NLM - 16JUN2010
NDPSGW.NLM - 02MAR2010
NDPSM.NLM - 18MAY2010
RMANSRVR.NLM - 02MAR2010
DPLSV386.NLM - 16APR2010
LPR2NDPS - 16APR2010

Ensure the updated version of nlm's are loaded in memory.
To verify version of nlm's perform following steps on NetWare Server hosting iPrint :-
  1. Load config /all
  2. edit sys:\system\config.txt using any text editor and compare the dates and version with version details given above.
