Error: "Need permission from S-1-1-0 to delete" if folder has Hidden attribute

Environment

Novell Client 2 SP1 for Windows Vista
Novell Client 2 SP1 for Windows Server 2008
Novell Client 2 SP1 for Windows 7
Novell Client 2 SP1 for Windows Server 2008 R2

Situation

When folders with the Hidden or Read Only attribute are created on a Novell volume, attempting to delete those folders with Windows Explorer will report an error similar to the following:
 
Folder Access Denied
You need permission to perform this action.
You require permission from S-1-1-0 to make changes to this folder.
 
Deleting the same folder from a Novell Client for Windows XP/2003 workstation instead works successfully.

Resolution

 Install the Novell Client 2 SP2 for Windows 7 (IR1), or later.
