Situation

Following error appears while trying to install iPrint printer from IPP page :-
 
"iprint client - the print support file/driver was not found or is not curently available"
 

Resolution

Apply iprntnw65sp8d patch. Instructions on how to install this patch can be found in the readme file of the patch.
 
The patch includes the following NetWare iPrint NLMs:
IPPSRVR.NLM - 16JUN2010
NDPSGW.NLM - 02MAR2010
NDPSM.NLM - 18MAY2010
RMANSRVR.NLM - 02MAR2010
DPLSV386.NLM - 16APR2010
LPR2NDPS - 16APR2010
 
SYSTEM\NLS\4\NDPSM.MSG Version 3.00
APACHE2\HTDOCS\IPPDOCS\SCRIPTS\IPRINT.JS Dated Thursday, ‎June ‎24, ‎2010
 
Ensure the updated version of nlm's are loaded in memory.
To verify version of nlm's perform following steps on NetWare Server hosting iPrint :-
  1. Load config /all
  2. edit sys:\system\config.txt using any text editor and compare the dates and version with version details given above.
