Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack.

Situation

Illegal Server Error after login to Webadmin in Data Synchronizer.
 

Resolution

Resolution
  1. Clear Browser Cache.
  2. Close all Browser.
  3. Restart Data Synchronizer service by typing "rcdatasync restart ".
  4. Wait for few minutes as this will give time for GroupWise connector to startup completely.
  5. Launch browser & try login to webadmin.
  6. If this still does not work, Please restart the POA.
