Situation
Symptoms:
Access Manager Identity Injection policies to perform Single Sign On (SSO) to GroupWise 8 Webaccess are not working properly anymore. After the first Access Manager login another login form is displayed and whatever credentials are used is not possible to gain access.
Changes:
GroupWise 8 Service Pack 2 was applied.

Resolution
This is fixed in GroupWise 8 Service Pack 2 Hot Patch 1
Workaround:
As potential workaround, Form Fill can be used instead of Identity Injection to achieve Single Sing On from Access Manager to GroupWise Webaccess. Please follow the instructions reported on the following TID to properly configure the Form Fill policy:
