Resolution

This is an issue with Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 Client. Please apply GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 Hot Patch 1 Client or later.
 
GroupWise 8 Support Pack Client can be downloaded by following the steps listed below.
  2. Select the Product GroupWise.
  3. Select and download the latest GroupWise 8 Support Pack Client.
