Situation
Symptoms:
They cluster resources will say that they are running but the volumes are not mounted and the secondary IP address is not bound.
Clients do not have access the the cluster resource.
The cluster scripts look correct in edirectory and in iManager in the cluster management section.
The cluster scripts are also correct in /var/opt/novell/ncs/
If the resource has been onlined one or more times since reboot on this node you will see in /var/run/ncs the cluster scripts will be there and the file will be empty / blank.

Resolution
This problem was with "dos2unix" and that it could not work between
file systems. You will see this issue if the /var or /opt is
on a separate partition.
Fix is in novell-cluster-services-1.8.7.708-0.6.1.{architecture}.rpm and newer
