Time-out accessing websites containing javascript thru Novell BorderManager 3.9

When tying to access web sites that contain a lot of javascript code, time out occurs and page is not loaded. Sometimes a 504 gateway timeout pups up on the browser.
Some websites showing the issue were:

www.kbb.com
www.cues.org
www.forwardjanesville.com
www.summitcreditunion.com
www.four51

This issue could not be duplicated at home

Loading pktscan.nlm on the failing bm server and taking a lan trace and compare it to a trace accessing the same site but thru a working bm,  it was visible that the failing bm server was not getting the complete javascript code. Above bm, there was another firewall mangling with the javascript code and causing the failure. Once the above firewall was fixed, issue went away.
