Environment

eDirectory 8.8.5 on OES2sp2 with NMAS Disabled (in ndsd script :NDSD_TRY_NMASLOGIN_FIRST=false)

Situation

Password restrictions set at container level are not applied to users in that container.

Resolution

Set Password restrictions directly on User Objects.

This has been reported to Engineering.
