Agent Status indicator on Primary Server never goes green

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Authentication

Situation

Agent status indicator on Primary server never goes green on one on the servers within the zone.
 
There are two primary servers, DEV and PROD. On PROD the agent status indicator never goes green, regardless of how the windows firewall is set (whether on or off); however for the server DEV, and its Satellite servers (on the same network), their agent status indicators do show green.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
