Situation
Novell NetStorage product documentation states the following: 'NetStorage lets you upload and download multiple files and folders simultaneously.' While it is true that multiple files may be uploaded and downloaded simultaneously, and that folders may be downloaded, it is NOT possible to upload entire folders through NetStorage.
Resolution
This has been reported to engineering to have the documentation modified.
