Situation
When you load first POA on a server, you will see as expected GWDCA module loaded. However, if you load the second POA on the same server, you will see that it fails due to a port conflict. This is visible on both, NetWare and also Linux distributions.
Resolution
There was a design change compared to earlier builds. Now we intentionally leave it that way so all the POAs can share the the same GWDCA. Since we use IP and they are not coupled in a pair, there is no need to bring up another GWDCA agent. Too many agents running may affect the performance. When the POA comes up, it will try to ping if the GWDCA is up and if it is up, it consider it running and would not try to bring up another one.
