Unable to open a message in WebAccess on iPhone / iPad or other tablet devices.

Situation

When you access a mailbox via WebAccess on iPhone / iPad or other tablet devices and use full web interface, you cannot open any message.

Resolution

In WebAccess with full interface view to open a new mail you need to double-click on the message. However, on such mobile devices, the double-click feature is reserved for zooming a text / view in the browser. You will need to use a simplified view interface instead where a single click opens a message in a built in browser. Alternatively just highlight a message and press Enter from a keyboard instead of a double-click operation.
There will be a solution for iPad shipped with a next version of GroupWise - GW2012. Alternatively you can check alternate solutions via iTunes "GW Mail" and "GW Calendar" from the Ghost Pattern Software.
 
This has been fixed in GW2012 version.
