Novell Identity Manager Driver - Active Directory
Situation
When trying to provision an Exchange user with the Active Directory Driver the following error happens:
IDM Exchange Service Response ERROR: Unable to find assembly 'Microsoft.Exchange.Data, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral
Resolution
Two situations can cause this problem:
1 - The Microsoft Exchange Tools are not installed on the server running Remote Loader and the AD driver. To solve this, install the Microsoft Exchange Tools on the server running Remote Loader and the AD driver.
2 - Exchange server is not installed on the same domain where the Remote Loader and AD driver are running. To solve this, move the Exchange Server to the same domain as the AD driver or use the IDM scripting driver to populate the Exchange users rather than the AD driver.
