Situation
Post office is showing high thread count or high utilization, causing slow performance processing mail.
Resolution
This can happen when a user has been previously enrolled in GMS and is now enrolled in the new Mobility solution. This user (or users) was never removed from GMS and is therefore in both mobile solutions. This will cause GMS to cause the high thread count or high utilization at the Post Office. Before moving a user to the new Mobility solution, make sure that the user has been removed from the GMS solution
