Error D109 Moving Users. Move Never Completes

Admin sees a D109 on the POA and in ConsoleOne "User Move Status|Info" screen.

From POA log:
ADM: Error: [D109] Update object in post office -  User <DomainName>.<PostOfficeName>.<UserName>

Administrative portion of the move never completes and mail does not move.


1. Verify that the users are still in the Source office while connected to the primary
2.  Clear User Move Status in ConsoleOne
3.  Clear Pending Operation
4.  In ConsoleOne do a top-down Validate and then Recover starting with the Primary domain then secondaries and post offices.
