Situation
Unable to send mail to Nickname assosiated with the Distribution List
Error "550 No such recipient" while sending email to the Nickname
Resolution
- Launch Console One.
- Connect to the Domain which has GWIA.
- Right click on GWIA object and click on Properties.
- Click on SMTP/MIME Tab | Address Handling.
- Click on "Expand distribution lists on incoming messages", click Apply and OK.
- Restart GWIA
