Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 Bundles
Situation
When logged into ZCC as an administrative user that has all bundle rights set to allow, and viewing the message detail information for a message in the message log, under a bundle's summary information, the option for acknowledging or deleting a message is grayed out.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027
