Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack

Situation

Device keeps refreshing over and over
Mails on the device vanishes and comes back over and over
Mails on the device keeps on syncing over and over

Resolution

This has been reported to engineering. Please apply Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.4 or later. At the time of writing this TID Mobility Pack 1.2.4 has not been publicly released. Please contact Novell Technical Services if Mobility Pack 1.2.3 has not been publicly released. Latest version of Mobility Pack can be downloaded from
https://download.novell.com/patch/finder
 
Workaround Steps
  1. Remove the account from the device.
  3. Click on the Mobility Connector  (mobility).
  4. Click Monitor.
  5. Delete the device from the WebAdmin.
  6. Add the account on the Device.
