Situation
By default, with SecureLogin installed on both a workstation running the Citrix Client and a Citrix server, the users' login credentials will be passed from the workstation to the Citrix server, for use when SecureLogin authenticates from the Citrix server to the directory.
If this credential passthrough fails, log files can be generated for review by Novell Support.

Resolution
Generate passthrough logs as follows:
Citrix Client log:
Create Key "vdslsso" under "HKLM\SOFTWARE\\Protocom\\SecureLogin\\Virtual Channel"
Create String value "Debug" with data"Yes"
Log file will be created in C:\Windows\System32 folder.
Server log:
Create Key "sl_vc" under "HKLM\SOFTWARE\\Protocom\\SecureLogin\\Virtual Channel"
Create String value "Debug" with data "Yes"
Log file will be created in C:\Windows\System32 folder (if not created in this folder, search the contents of drive C:)
Log file name: sl_vc_ldap_sso.log and sl_ica_rdp.log
Citrix Client log:
Create Key "vdslsso" under "HKLM\SOFTWARE\\Protocom\\SecureLogin\\Virtual Channel"
Create String value "Debug" with data"Yes"

Server log:
