Situation
Unable to save forwarding Rule using GroupWise 8.0.1HP client.
Resolution
GroupWise Post Office and GroupWise client must be same version.
Additional Information
Steps to duplicate:
- Login to GroupWise client as user. (e.g. user1)
- Click on Tools | Rules | New | Specify new Rule name (e.g. forward)
- Check on Received and Check Item type "Mail", "Appointment"
- Click "Define Conditions" and Select "From" Specify "*"
- Click "OK" and "Add Action"
- Select "Forward"and Specify recipient in To field (e.g. users2@example.com)
- Specify Subject (e.g. Test Forward) and Type Body Message (e.g. Forward e-mails.)
- Click "Save" and "Close"
- Click on Tools | Rules | Select rule "forward" and "Edit"
- It displays GroupWise error (C067 error) Data base stored number invalid
