Situation
In an attempt to remote control a device using a connection to ZCC with Internet Explorer, the nzrViewer.exe is not launched. The remote control utility is correctly installed.
After clicking "OK" to initiate the Remote session, nothing happens. Typically a dialog would open showing the attempt to connect to the device.

Resolution
In Internet Explorer, under Internet Options > Security tab, there is an option for "Enable Protected Mode". Change to the Local Intranet zone, then uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" option.
