Situation

ERROR: "An error was returned while calling add_setup.pyc: 1" during the installation/configuration of Mobility

ERROR: "Datasync.Write:return code from add_setup.pyc:1" in the /var/log/datasync/install.log file

Resolution

This error is seen when a group with large number of users is added during the installation/configuration of Mobility. This error is a cosmetic error and should not affect adding users to both the connectors (groupwise and mobility). Click OK on the error message and proceed with the installation.
