DNS DHCP Management Console fails SSL login when connecting to a rebuilt server

Situation

DNS DHCP Management Console fails SSL login when connecting to a rebuilt server. The error returned is  'Login Failed. Please specify the correct inputs'. Unchecking SSL and the connection succeeds.

Resolution

For now, the only solution is to use the cleartext port or delete the jssecacerts file tied to the user account. 
In Windows 7 the location is: 
C:\Users\<username>\Novell\DNSDHCP\

Windows XP it is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Novell\DNSDHCP\
To access this directory you will not be able to browse.  Go to the users home directory and in the address bar add Novell\DNSDHCP\

On Linux the file is located in:
<users home directory>/.novell/DNSDHCP/

NOTE:
