Delete open email will not open next email in the Mailbox on Mac

When reading an email in its own window & clicking delete key will not open up next email in the Mailbox.

1. Login as user to GroupWise Client on Mac.
2. Click on Groupwise | Preferences | Environment.
3. In General Tab there is check box Read next after accept, decline or delete.
4. Check the box. Apply OK in Environment.
5. Close Preferences windows.
6. Logout from Groupwise & log back in as user in GroupWise.
7. Open any mail click on Delete in Tools bar. It will open next mail in Mailbox.
