Delete open email will not open next email in the list.

When reading an email in its own window & clicking delete key will not open up next email in the Mailbox.

1. Login as user to Groupwise client.
2. Click on Tools | Options | Environment.
3. In General Tab View options. There is check box Read next after accept, decline or delete.
4. Check the box Apply close on Environment window.
5. Close Options window.
6. Logout & Login as user in GroupWise client.
7. Open any mail click on Delete in Tools bar. It will open next mail in Mailbox.
