Situation
After setting Replication settings for a folder, for some objects
in that folder, ZCC shows that Replication Settings are inherited
from the parent folder, but "Included" is not
checked.
Additional Information
Setting content replication settings on a folder should flow down
to all folders and bundles below it. The problem occurred when a
policy group or bundle group was present at the same level (or
sometimes even below that) where the Replication Settings were set.
When one of these objects was encountered, the code stopped
processing Replication Settings for other objects in that
folder.
