Situation

Appointments are displayed after a couple of minutes in shared calendars.

Resolution

Reported to Engineering.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Create 3 users in GroupWise (user1, user2 and user3).

  2. Login to GroupWise Client as user1 account and create one Shared Calendar in user1 account as 'HR'.
  3. Share 'HR' Calendar with user2 and user3 with full rights.
  4. Login to the GroupWise Client as user2. Login to the GroupWise Client as user3 on another workstation.
  5. Create few posted appointment in shared Calendar 'HR' from user2 workstation. These appointments get displayed immediately in user2 workstation
    under 'HR' Shared Calendar.
  6. Go to user3 workstation and notice these appointment will get reflected on this shared 'HR' calendar.
