Situation

warning message in formula.trc similar to "callback queue is now 26000 long!"

Resolution

There is a hidden property called Server.Remote.CallbackEventPusher.Interval (default value is 3000 milliseconds) that could be tuned to adjust the time interval of pushing events. When seeing a warning message like "callback queue is now 26000 long!" in the trace and the MO server experiencing bad performance, try tuning this property to a bigger number.
