EML file opened in GroupWise Client does not show received date and time

Situation

A message saved in .eml format and opened in GroupWise Client does not show received date and time for that message

Resolution

Feb. 12, 2013 - In the GW 2012 client builds when opening an .eml file, the file is not editable, it opens in read mode and
you have options to Reply and Forward it.

Aug. 22, 2010 - This is Working as Designed with GroupWise 8. When an .eml file is opened in GroupWise Client, it opens up in "Reply" mode as a normal message does. Therefore, it does not show received date and time. It is same as a "Reply" e-mail.
