Situation

How to drag & drop message to desktop in .eml

Resolution

Steps to drag messages to Desktop
 
  1. Login as user to GroupWise client.
  2. Go to Tools | Options | Environment | Default Action | Drag message to desktop.
  3. Select  create a copy (.eml). Click OK. Click on Close for options.
  4. Go to Mailbox select any mail. Drag & drop to desktop.
  5. Open properties of mail on desktop.
  6. In general tab check the Type of file. You will see EML file (.eml).
