Situation

Images on GroupWise WebAccess screen missing
GroupWise WebAccess screen does not show all the images

Resolution

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008:
  1. Click Start | Run and type services.msc and press Enter.
  2. Locate the Tomcat 5.5 service and stop it.
  3. Browse to C:\Novell\GroupWise\Tomcat5.5\Webapps folder and rename the gw folder.
  4. Start the Tomcat 5.5 service and it will recreate the gw folder.
Novell NetWare 6.5:
  1. Shutdown Tomcat by typing java -exit and press Enter.
  2. Browse to SYS:\Tomcat\4\Webapps and rename the gw folder.
  3. Start the Tomcat by typing Tomcat4 and it will recreate the gw folder.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11:

  1. Stop  the Tomcat service by typing rctomcat6 stop in the terminal window.
  2. Browse to /usr/share/tomcat6/webapps folder and rename the gw folder.
  3. Start the Tomcat service by typing rctomcat6 start and it will recreate the gw folder.
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10:
  1. Stop  the Tomcat service by typing rctomcat5 stop in the terminal window.
  2. Browse to /srv/www/tomcat5/base/webapps folder and rename the gw folder.
  3. Start the Tomcat service by typing rctomcat5 start and it will recreate the gw folder.
Novell Open Enterprise Server 2/NOWS SBE2:
  1. Stop  the Tomcat service by typing rcnovell-tomcat5 stop in the terminal window.
  2. Browse to /var/opt/novell/tomcat5/webapps folder and rename the gw folder.
  3. Start the Tomcat service by typing rcnovell-tomcat5 start in the terminal window and it will recreate the gw folder.
