Situation
The server is having trouble starting a BEM and BSM application using the .exe in their perspective bin directories. If the execute has a .lax file with the same name, it has been created with, Install Anywhere, which has some embedded debug options on Windows.
Resolution
1. Open a file explorer
2. Navigate to the bin directory of the application you want to debug
3. Hold down the left control key, keep holding until the application has failed to start.
4. Right click on the executable, select open
At this time a DOS command box should appear with application logging should appear.
