Configuration:
Certificate in PFX format

Situation

Symptoms:
SSL does not work after upgrading to GroupWise 802 Agents, GWIA and WebAccess
ERROR: "Failure in SSL startup (891C)"
Unable to connect using SSL after upgrading to GroupWise 802
SMTP, HTTP, IMAP, POP3, SOAP, Client/Server does not work with SSL after upgrading to GroupWise 802
 
Changes:
Upgraded to GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2

Resolution

Workaround Steps:
Create new certificate in a different format. Please click on the link below for instructions on creating a new certificate
