Situation
After using /nodca switch on a GroupWise post office, that has document management, any new document added, will not be indexed.
Resolution
BUG 628835 Reported to Engineering
WORKAROUND : As the Author, go into the GroupWise Windows client and rightclick the document, choose "Check Out", then "Check in". Then go to the initial screen of the POA web console and select Configuration,Quick Finder Indexing, choose "Update Indexes Only" and submit.
