Situation
ICM preferences are not applied when choosing 'workstation only' login and then performing a subsequent login.
Resolution
Working as designed. The two ways to apply any ICM settings / changes are:
1. Perform a full login from NWGINA
2. Restart the print spooler (net stop spooler, net start spooler)

Additional Information
The critical aspect is actually the process of querying the eDirectory database for the ICM information. This is done upon initial login (where both the Novell Client and the iPrint client are launched) or restarting the print spooler (which restarts the iPrint client)
