File Transfer Utility in ConsoleOne crashes with 1616 error while remotely browsing files

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1

Situation

While using the Remote File Transfer Utility and browsing the remote file system in file depths approaching 200 characters, C1 may crash with a 1616 error.
This will also cause ZENREM32.exe to crash on the target device as well.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 4 Hot Patch 5, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
