GroupWise client not repainting correctly when scrolling horizontally.

The GroupWise client is does not repaint correctly when scrolling horizontally and leaves whitespace in the mail window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the mailbox folder.
2) In the right hand window with the mail, add some additional columns so that
the  list of items goes off the screen.
3) Click on the white space of the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
