Environment

Windows 2008 Server
Novell GroupWise 7
Novell GroupWise 8
GroupWise DBCopy

Situation

Running DBCopy from a command prompt, on Windows 2008 Server, the error 'MSVCR71.DLL was not found' is returned.

Resolution

The GroupWise Client is responsible for installing the MSVCR71.DLL file.  Installing the GroupWise client should resolve this issue.
