Novell ZENworks 7.3 Linux Management - ZLM7.3
Situation
In ZCC created a file bundle with one or more files in it and assigned the file bundle to a managed device. Verified that the bundle is installed on the managed device and the bundle files are present. Then in ZCC removed the file bundle association from the device and answered "No" when asked "Do you wish to uninstall existing bundle files?" Finally, (on the managed device) verify that the file bundle is not installed. If the file(s) are manually removed, then assign the same file bundle to the same managed device, files from bundle will not be installed nor present.
Resolution
This is fixed in ZLM 7.3 Interim Release 3 - see KB 7003346 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.3 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
Checking for the file bundle whether inconsistency is there are not, if some files are missing up on re-deployment of bundle, the missing files are installed.
